Our Skills Bootcamp has been created to enable the leaders and senior managers of the West Midlands to improve productivity within their manufacturing businesses. Delivered by MTC Training experts, the 10-week skills programme gives learners the tools to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business' strengths and challenges and how this impacts the ability to execute your strategy and become more profitable.

Learners will also benefit from personal development modules where they will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership and management skills to further drive productivity and efficiency throughout your organisation.
This course is open to managers, team leaders and supervisors who are based in the West Midlands and looking to upskill and optimise their organisation’s processes and output. Employees on this course must be at least 19 years of age and either live in the West Midlands region or be employed by a business in the West Midlands region.
